Gaining child access into client accounts

Hey,

I am trying to get child access on Amazon from my clients in US and UK, but whenever they add my email in user authorization to send me invitations, Amazon requires secondary user ID card and electricity bill to complete the child access process, I have sent this information to them but amazon rejected. I’ve tried to get access on my other emails but not successful!

Is there any policy updates in amazon?

Please let me know how can i resolve this issue and get child access on my email?

Amazon’s policy updates have made child access stricter. Ensure documents match account details. Try a bank statement or have the client contact support. Have you tested with another account?
