Listing removed. Never sold any of the units.

Any recommendations on how to deal with it?

Chinese seller with Design Patent Infringement claim.

1- Close and delete the listing.

2- Email the ip issuer, apologize and ask for ip retraction.

Thank you. So don’t accept the infraction? And if they owner doesn’t respond?

And btw I did not create the listing if that makes a difference jumped onto existing one.

Do not acknowledge it yet. Try to contact the ip issuer, if you can get it sorted then acknowledge and thats it.
