Sellers can now use FERCAM as a new integrated carrier to fulfill their orders.
With this new carrier, sellers will be able to enter the tracking ID during order confirmation, allowing customers to see the most updated shipment status. These additional details will improve customer experience and will reduce customer contacts for missing orders.
The correct format for tracking IDs is a string starting with “O2” and followed by 9 integer digits.
Ex. O2302493438
To use FERCAM go to Manage Orders, select FERCAM from the drop-down menu, and provide valid tracking IDs.
