If someone replies to my feedback request email with a “Thank-you”, can I reply with a direct link to the purchase history for them to leave a feedback?
Would this be considered against or aligned with Amazon’s ToS?
I tried searching online but I couldn’t find an answer.

You can ask them for a review via the order details page. Nothing wrong with that but they might think “I’ve just left a review, why are they bothering me again?”
Instead of that, just setup your template on sagemailer.com and don’t worry about it. You will only get 1 feedback in around 100 sales.
