I applied for Subscribe & Save with FBA. They responded….

We are sorry to inform you that the ASINs does not meet our current product eligibility requirements for enrollment. The specific criteria we look for when considering products for the program consist of but are not limited to the following:

• Sales performances should above our INTERNAL thresholds.

What is this “internal” threshold secret? Why not just make it public so vendors don’t waste their time trying?

They won’t tell the Internal threshold. Just increase the order velocity and your product will automatically be enrolled in SnS.
