Hi, I just found out today about the end of the small and light programme in the UK and was wondering if anyone knows if the referral fee will stay the same for items under £10 and its just the fba fees that are affected?

As far as I know, the referral fee was always no different to standard FBA, only the fulfilment fee was lower.

I agree with @AmazonUKForumRefugee, the change won’t impact referral fees in any way. It will only affect the FBA fee of products which are eligible for the new pricing policy.
