FBA Setup/ management

Looking to get my FBA account set up with Products and put a manager in place.

Looking to source a manager and curious what it costs to have someone manage the store?

For managing an Amazon FBA account and handling product sourcing, listing optimization, inventory management, and general store oversight, you’re typically looking at a range of pricing depending on experience and scope. For a part-time manager (say 10-20 hours/week) you might pay anywhere from $800 to $2,000 per month , depending on their region, skills, and what they cover.

For a full-time experienced manager handling end-to-end operations including sourcing, supplier negotiation, PPC oversight, and team coordination, costs can run from $3,000 to $5,000+ per month or more, especially if bonuses or profit share are included. Some sellers prefer hiring freelance or contract specialists (e.g., listing expert, PPC specialist, inventory lead) each at lower monthly cost (e.g., $25-$40/hour), which gives more flexibility while you grow.

Before hiring, define clearly what the manager should handle (e.g., s/o stock, product launches, drives listings, handles prep center logistics) and draft KPIs (sales targets, margin improvements, conversion rate goals) so you can justify cost by performance.
