Good morning guys,
I have just received an email after trying to get reimbursed for damaged stock only to find out my goods have been donated to charity.
I have never opted in for anything like this. Upon checking my settings it seems I am enrolled and i am unable to enroll and this is something that seems compulsory? The note at the bottoms of the settings screen is as follows:
Note: You cannot choose to opt-out from the FBA Donations programme for FBA inventory. This ensures that FBA processing operations are compliant with the requirements of the circular economy.
I do not want any of my stock under any circumstances donated to charity? Is anyone else experiencing this? how can i stop this ASAP?
