Appeal only fails when u make it for failure. Remember that every case is unique, and success in reinstating your account depends on the specific circumstances and your commitment to compliance with Amazon’s policies. So don’t use the format’s , instead of it draw the appeal in your own wording and giving clear point of view of your reason of deactivated account.

Definitely outline your POA(plan of action) out in fine detail. This goes for several other types of cases you have to open too.
