Facing issue with Payoneer

facing this issue on my Payoneer, what is the issue and how to resolve this?

A “Balance disabled” red alert in Payoneer usually means your account or that specific currency balance has been restricted due to compliance, verification, or regulatory reasons.

The first step is to log in and check for any messages or document requests in your Payoneer account, since they may need updated ID, business verification, or tax forms.

If nothing is visible, you should contact Payoneer support through live chat or ticket submission and reference the balance ID shown in the alert, as only they can clarify the restriction.

In most cases, once you provide the requested documents or confirm your business activity, Payoneer will re-enable the balance. Until then, you won’t be able to receive or withdraw funds in that balance.
