Expired Product

Received a product condition complaint about it being expired. I’m very sure that’s not the case and all items are in date.

How would we go about resolving this?

Bin check a good option?

I have an update on this. Requested a bin check to confirm expiry dates of units in stock. They replied in writing confirming all units are sellable and not expired.

Then submitted the case number under FBA error. Violation removed in 15 mins. Hope this helps others.
