Expanding into France and Germany

Hi all,

Looking for some advice. I mange my workplaces Amazon account. We are wanting to target new markets e.g Germany/France.

After looking through Amazon documentation and a lot of conflicting information I was wanting to speak to someone who has this already set up , to talk through the operational process (sending stick cross border) do we do it through EFN or Pan EU.

Can anyone provide some insight.

I did this a few years back but COVID and Brexit stopped me. Looking to do it again in the new year so interested to hear answers as to how it works a few years on

Amazon has dedicated Cross border teams. We are set up in all EU states with VAT and Amazon and pushing eligible account down this track. See if you can get seller central to forward your details to the account management EU Cross border team. Theres a fair amount of back office work needed just as VAT registrations if you haven’t already done so.
