Amazon’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Pay on Behalf service is now available in the United Kingdom.
Pay on Behalf helps businesses that sell packaged goods or empty packaging on Amazon.co.uk, comply with the UK data regulations.
If you are not established in the UK and sell packaged goods or empty packaging on Amazon.co.uk, we will consider reporting obligations for your relevant sales and you will automatically be enrolled in our Pay on Behalf service.

We don’t charge an annual service fee for the Pay on Behalf service in the UK, in respect of your empty packaging sales and packaged goods sales on Amazon.co.uk in 2024 and beyond. However, for all packaged goods and empty packaging that you sell on Amazon.co.uk starting April 1, 2024, we reserve the right to charge you the eco-contributions that we pay on your behalf.
