Entered wrong web url

Last night I set up a new website and want Amazon payments as one of the gateways for customers to pay.
I accidentally entered the wrong url for my website and now I can’t alter it.
After several emails I’m not getting anywhere.
My account cannot get verified unless this is corrected but I can’t edit it as it’s all greyed out .

Does that mean I need to start again?

You should be able to edit the information by logging into your Seller Account and from the Settings option on the top right hand corner select +Account Info+. Once you have done this there will be an Edit button in the Business Profile Information section. You may have to allow a little time for it to become available for you to edit.
Once you can edit it, enter your correct URL.

You will not have to start over again.
