If you use Buy Shipping to purchase Nekopos shipping labels, make sure your minimum and maximum package dimensions meet the specifications set by Yamato.
For dimensions, go to the Yamato Transport website.
If your package doesn’t meet the required dimensions, you won’t be able to purchase an Amazon Buy Shipping label.
