You will now receive guidance for fixing your size chart errors while uploading in the size chart self-serve tool. This will enhance the relevance of the size charts for your products and help increase the accuracy of measurements uploaded to the product detail page.
When uploading your size chart template using the size chart self-serve tool, you will receive instant feedback including the following:
- Mandatory size chart errors: You’ll receive instructions on how to fix required errors in your size chart. These will be mandatory in order to upload your size chart successfully.
- Optional size chart suggestions: You’ll receive instructions on how to fix suggested errors in your size chart. These will be optional when uploading your size chart.
The tool is eligible for sellers who have been registered to the Brand Registry and have listings in: Apparel, Shoes, Sports, and Outdoors where body size charts are applicable.
To access the size chart self-service tool, go to Catalog, and select Add size charts. If you’re unable to access the size chart self-service tool, contact your primary account manager to enable size chart permissions within User Permissions under Settings.
