Hi,
Have you ever encountered “the customer says delivered but items missing or nothing in the box?”… Delivery picture shows box in original condition no damage.
Hi,
Have you ever encountered “the customer says delivered but items missing or nothing in the box?”… Delivery picture shows box in original condition no damage.
Not personally.
Reply back to them with the delivery photo. Tell them that they have you mixed up with another seller as the photo clearly shows no damage to the box. This gives them a way out without losing face.
This is why I hate FBM…
Let the customer complain to Amazon. When Amazon refunds them, file a SAFE-T claim to get the money back from Amazon. However, do not refund them yourself; let Amazon handle it. Otherwise, you cannot file a SAFE-T claim.
Obviously, this is after emailing the customer to inform them that you can see from the delivery photo that the box is intact and that your CCTV at the warehouse shows it being packed correctly.
Thank you
