I received my EIN letter today (the CP-575 letter), and I noticed that one word is missing from my name. In my LLC formation documents and passport, my name is “MST SHOBNOM MOSTHARY”, but in the EIN letter it appears as “SHOBNOM MOSTHARY” — the “MST” is missing.
Is this a big problem? What should I do now? I’m really upset about this. In the EIN application (Form SS-4), I filled in my name exactly as it appears on my passport and LLC documents: “MST SHOBNOM MOSTHARY.” I don’t know why they removed “MST.”
Is it mandatory to fix this for an Amazon Seller Central account, and how long does it usually take to correct it?
Someone please help me — I’m really worried right now.
