may I ask if anyone has an eBay account?
I wanted to ask because I am dealing with account suspension.
Our account is new but it got suspended for no reason.
If this is a newly created account, I think it’s IP address and account details issue.
This is the norm, unfortunately. Many sellers face this issue. They create a new account, and as soon as they list their first product, the account gets suspended. You will have to get in touch with their seller support, which is quite decent (much better than Amazon seller support). As long as you did not do anything wrong, you should be able to get your account back.
