HI,
Has anyone else had their payments stuck in a corresponding bank?
I see that usually it says Earthport on our incoming payments so rang them up and they informed me that this has happened from time to time and Amazon know about it.
I need Amazon to ask Earthport of authorize the release of a few of our payments…
Any suggestion on how to get SS to understand this? ;(
Hello,
I understand that you are experiencing issues with your payments being stuck in a corresponding bank, specifically with Earthport. While I cannot directly resolve the issue for you, I can provide some suggestions on how to address this situation:
- Contact Amazon Seller Support: Reach out to Amazon Seller Support and explain the specific issue you are facing with your payments being stuck in a corresponding bank. Clearly communicate the information you received from Earthport regarding the situation and emphasize the urgency of authorizing the release of your payments. Request their assistance in escalating the matter to Earthport and resolving the issue promptly.
- Provide supporting documentation: Prepare any supporting documentation that can help validate your claim and support your request. This could include transaction records, payment receipts, or any correspondence you have had with Earthport or Amazon regarding the issue. Present this information to Amazon Seller Support as evidence to support your case and demonstrate the urgency of the situation.
- Follow up persistently: If you don’t receive a satisfactory response or resolution from Amazon Seller Support initially, don’t hesitate to follow up persistently. Continue to emphasize the impact of the delayed payments on your business and stress the importance of resolving the issue promptly. Be polite but firm in your communication and request updates on the progress made towards authorizing the release of your payments.
- Consider seeking legal advice: If you have exhausted all available channels of support within Amazon and the issue remains unresolved, you may want to consider consulting with a legal professional. They can provide guidance on your rights and options, and help you navigate any potential legal avenues available to you in resolving the payment issue.
I hope these suggestions help you in addressing the issue with your payments being stuck in a corresponding bank. Best of luck in getting a resolution and receiving your payments in a timely manner.
