Does your account get suspended if you receive a complaint from brand?

I am doing wholesale now but looking again at doing online at arbitrage again. I wanted to know if you get flagged by Amazon for selling a product that is restricted by a compliant from a brand…what happens? Is your entire account suspended? Or is there a strike system?

This is critical for me to figure this out so I can establish my business model
