Does it really matter who is the sender of FBA shipment in case of authenticity issues?

The prep is asking to deliver packages on his name, so will this cause an issue if Amazon asks for invoices?

The prep is residential and and want to receive packages on his name for security reasons. Is that ok?

Should I move on with new purchase with his shipping name?

I think billing details matters for invoices not shipping details you can go with it.

Billing details should match the company details.

Invoice address would be yours the company ones and the prep address would be the shipping address as far as its like this its fine.

No. The billing information on the invoice should match, letter for letter, the information in Seller Central.

I was thinking the same thank you all

The sender whom you enter into the FBA shipment is entirely irrelevant, Amazon will only look on your invoices and the billing address. Many sellers shop straight into FBA from their supplier.

You are not expected to have goods firstly shipped to your address and then ship them to Amazon. Though, it would be a good practice if you sought to firstly verify the condition of the merchandise before sending it to Amazon or a prep centre.
