this appears to be something similar to my OnlyFans page, where you pay a monthly fee in order to be able to have someone assist you whenever this is needed. I am charging $24.99 a month for private assistance
Sellerbasics have a $99 monthly fee:
From what I can see, the monthly fee at Sellerbasics only covers basic advice (similar to replies you would have received here). In order to get any actual work done, you would have to pay extra with a hourly rate.
In my opinion, this is an unnecessary service and you can as well use Amazon’s Account Health Team to give you this advice for free.
