I don’t think there’s an option on Amazon to download all that data at once.
If you mean inbound fees like carrier, and placement, we track those manually in a spreadsheet. Maybe someone else has a better solution.

Yes, you can get this data directly from Seller Central by going to Reports → Payments → Transaction View and filtering by “Service Fees” to see individual FBA inbound shipping charges for a chosen date range. Another option is to download the Fulfillment → Payments Reports → All Statements which contain detailed breakdowns of FBA inbound transportation fees alongside storage and fulfillment costs.
For shipment-level detail, you can also pull the FBA Shipment Detail Report under Reports → Fulfillment → Shipping and cross-reference it with your Payment Reports to match each shipment ID to its cost. Many sellers export these into Excel or a tool like Sellerboard to create an accounting summary by time period.

Yes you can filter from payments - transactions - select service fees then date range.
