Has anyone had any problem with Amazon using the supplier Stylevana.com?

I am aware that amazon UK don’t accept them. They are a retailer so for UK at least, this is not acceptable on the whole, although it wouldn’t surprise me if some sellers have got away with it.
If you are buying them USA based brands you can consider it if you have very nice lead, they have poor shipping services that’s only bad thing about this retail company.
Stylevana generally sells korean brands and korean brands are more prone to IP. I would not suggest you to buy if its korean brand.
I’ve bought many OA items from them but they have poor shipping service. Didn’t dispatch item on the time and at right address.
I know a few people who had their accounts suspended because of orders from Stylevana. They are working on resolving it. Unfortunately, the invoices Stylevana sends are inadequate, with no company details, so they’re currently going back and forth with them.
For authenticity purposes, you just need a regular invoice. If you order, my advice is to get an invoice from them, along with the email containing the tracking number, the website details, and any other proof of shipping and purchase, then save it in case you are asked by Amazon later.
They are in our ‘not to use list.
Makes it clear now why some said they had issues with them.
Are there any other brand’s nationalities that would be safe to avoid? Asian brands? We must focus only on US brands? etc.
Stay away from retailers like Stylevana and YesStyle. While they have great products to sell on Amazon, you will have a lot of headaches getting a proper invoice and fighting Section 3 and other violations.
Hi im pretty late just want to ask if those people were able to get their accounts back. Mine recently got deactivated for a product from 9 months ago no complaints no nothing account health is good randomly got deactivated this is my first year selling i sent them the regular stylevana invoice got rejected then sent it again with my bank statement and it got moved to the integrity team then again got rejected.

Unfortunately, if Stylevana is unwilling to engage with Amazon, then it is not a good supplier.
However, that doesn’t mean that your goods are inauthentic. Is your account deactivated on European Amazon platform?
If yes, you should have access to mediation or easy litigation in Luxembourg. I could help you with that, if you need help.
Stylevana doesnt have a contact number which is the reason why its a problem. The only way to contact them through email but amazon doesn’t care since its their rules. Max i could do is get a letter from stylevana addressing there contact situation and confirming my order for them which i still doubt it will get accepted but im going to try as its my last option.
Don’t source from Stylevana then, I have heard about lots of bad experiences.
