Mines been around 248 for around a year. I always ship in advance of time, all my defect rates are excellent and I have no policy violations etc.

Yeah this happens sometimes. Even if you’re doing everything right —, fast shipping, no defects, clean account, the seller rating doesn’t always update quickly. It depends on order volume and how recent your activity is. Just keep things perfect and try getting more sales or feedback, it should improve slowly.
You using FBA or FBM right now?
Amazon’s account health rating is not purely based on fast shipping or defect rates, it primarily reflects the presence or absence of serious policy violations, intellectual property complaints, and unresolved issues.
