I’m applying for my business license tax certificate from my city (not open business) such as sole private ownership. However they required me to provide a letter from marketplace facilitators that included the registration number of the seller permit. Then, just contacted Amazon but they can not provide it.

Have you asked your city whether they will accept Seller Central screenshots or a written explanation instead of a formal Amazon letter, and are they specifically asking for a sales tax permit number or just proof that you sell through a marketplace facilitator?
