Does anyone know how to change listings from Generic to Brand Name?

I have been trying for months. I listed my products before getting a registered brand.

Unfortunately, I am losing out on the new seller incentives because the listings do not have my brand name. I do not want to delete these listings since they are doing well.

Any help or feedback is appreciated.

Changing from generic to brand name is very difficult these days now. You can relist your product with approved brane name and submit the required documents and product images to Amazon.

In order to switch from generic listings to brand name listings, it is necessary to enroll in the Brand Registry program and update product information. Additionally, Enhanced Brand Content can be utilized. A Brand Storefront can be created and you can seek support from Amazon.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change listings from Generic to Brand Name. Once an ASIN has been created, the brand cannot be changed. This is because the brand is a unique identifier for a product, and Amazon needs to be able to track the product’s sales and inventory across all sellers.

I recently managed to change the brand name from generic to brand name. You will need to contact the Seller Support and submit product images showing the brand name affixed to it.

Please note that changing the brand name of an established ASIN is nearly impossible. I would recommend you to start using the brand name which you intend to trademark in the future now. Also, Amazon generally doesn’t allow the updating of product brands, you are expected to create a new listing.

I agree that there are sellers who somehow successfully managed to perform this change, but many of them later found themselves suspended over PDP Product Detail Page tampering.
