Does anyone know anything about being "under investigation" for several months with no real feedback as to why?

I have been getting charged storage fees for over half a year for inventory that I am not able to create disposal orders for because of this “investigation”.

This entire thing is literally a scam. They make more money off my storage fees and stranded inventory than they would off sales commissions and fees.

You received zero notifications at all, even prior to the review?

I was suspended and going back and forth with FBA for the typical authenticity claims trying to get my invoices verified. After months of this my business development rep through FBA told me he received word that my inventory was frozen and under investigation. Other than that, they won’t tell him anything other than the fact that I can’t remove anything to avoid storage fees or anything at all. I’m just stuck paying 100 plus/ month so FBA can take its time on “investigating” my inventory. I can’t afford an attorney, but God I would love to sue them for everything they have

I get your frustrations and Amazon does take their time when something goes wrong, after you get suspended or anything happens it can take weeks, months or years to get it resolved.

As far as suing Amazon, you can’t sue Amazon because you gave up the right to do so when you signed up to sell on their platform.

Unfortunately, if you are under review, it can take a while and there is no way to speed these reviews up… They usually last between 15-60 days, although some last longer… Sounds like wherever you purchased your inventory from was flagged by Amazon through the invoices you submitted for authenticity violations… You will need to be patient and you will receive a notification when the review is complete.
