You don’t need fancy video camera - a good phone like Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy, or iPhone is good enough. The key is lighting, you want enough light so the footage isn’t too dark like a horror movie. You can get good lightning naturally from outside, or use a light that you already have ranging from bedroom stand light, to even high beams from your car
