Does anyone here ship small parcels from the US to Amazon UK FBA?

If so, which logistics service do you use?

I looked up a basic UPS 14 in x 11 in x 6 in package and it was $363+.

I’m sure there are ways around paying this tremendously high cost but I’m not sure what they are.

Any help is appreciated.

Most sellers use Amazon’s Partnered Carrier Program or a freight forwarder or 3PL like DHL eCommerce UPS i-parcel or Forwardvia to cut costs. For small shipments DHL Express is usually cheaper.

To ship a package to the UK, you can find a freight forwarder to help you transport it, or other courier companies like DHL.

Yes, you can definitely ship small parcels from the US to Amazon UK FBA for far less than the $363 UPS quote you received, which is unusually high and likely inflated by dimensional weight charges or the use of Amazon’s default partnered carrier program.

Many sellers reduce costs by booking through shipping aggregators like PirateShip, ShipStation, ParcelMonkey, or Easyship, which unlock discounted FedEx, UPS, and DHL rates—often bringing a small 14" × 11" × 6" package down to the $30–$50 range using UPS Worldwide Expedited or FedEx International Economy.

If your shipments are larger, consolidating into LTL pallets with Amazon Freight or a freight forwarder can save even more, but for low-volume parcels the key is to optimize packaging size, avoid dimensional surcharges, and book via a discount platform rather than paying rack rates.

You are right, UPS direct rates are crazy high. Most sellers use a freight forwarder or prep center that consolidates shipments, it cuts the cost big time.

You can also check DHL Express or FedEx cross-border deals, but usually forwarding services from US-UK are the cheapest route.
