How do you manage shipping fees and templates on Amazon?
I’ve just paid £10 for a small parcel via RM and made a slight loss so any ideas how you set your shipping templates up to fulfil to EU (if you do) would be much appreciated!
FBA EFN program is my best advice.
It’s just a matter of setting up your templates to suit all the destinations that you want to sell in. How you set them up depends on you, your products, what services you want to use etc.
Personally, I stopped all EU sales, including Ireland, when Brexit came along. I just leave Amazon to deal with non-UK sales using my FBA stock and FBA Export.
There are so many hurdles that you now have to jump through, be they legal (ag taxes/customs, carriers) or Amazon (eg local returns address) that you only need 1 or 2 difficult sales for any profits you make to be wiped off.

Go to your account’s shipping settings, here you will be able to set your own shipping rates. Ensure that you cover all felling fees and taxes as well, so you don’t end up at a loss:
