Does anyone have experience with eBay suspension reinstatement?

I am an Amazon seller with significant experience and growth ambitions. Recently, I registered on eBay with a legitimate, legal American Business entity, but my account was immediately suspended. I’m pro related to Amazon Account reinstatement, but full newbie with Ebay. I called customer support, who verified my company details and reactivated my account. However, after listing my first item, I received a permanent suspension notice.

Since then, I have been unable to request a callback and do not understand what mistake I made. Notably, I attempted to connect my Amazon store with eBay using JoeLister to leverage MFC services, but I am unsure if this integration caused the issue.

Could you please provide guidance on how to begin the reinstatement process and how to effectively communicate with eBay support to resolve this matter? Any advice or experience from others who have faced similar issues would be greatly appreciated.

With any new account especially on ebay, there could be a number of reasons for the suspension. These range from accounts registered in one country with the account holder in another, opening new accounts and then list a alot of items through to listing drop ship items or registering as a private seller and masquerading as a business. Its very difficult to say as ebay dont tell you why. With any newly created ebay account you have to let it mature and grow to show ebay that you a a trusted seller and buyer on the platform. This could be making a few purchases for say 30-60 days then listing a few items around your house. The common mistake is that people think they can open accounts and then start selling hundreds of products, unfortunately it doesnt work like that. If you are having issues with contacting ebay you may find that you wont be able to sell on ebay moving forward, once your suspended its difficult to get reinstated.
