Does anyone have any advice on handling a buyer business account on Amazon?

Hi,

I recently created this account and only purchased small quantities, with a maximum of 20 units. I changed my name on November 28, and they closed my account on the 29th. After emailing back and forth, they said it was due to failing verification, so I sent my passport and business documents. This is the response I received afterward.

I called Amazon customer support; one time they said everything would be fine, but then I received an email with this decision. I called again, and they said someone would email me for verification, but I haven’t received anything since. At this point, I’m unsure if contacting Amazon by phone or email is the best approach.

What should I say to get my account reinstated? I honestly have no idea why they closed it.
