Does anyone have AHR under 100 and is still having their account active?

Hello,

my AHR dropped under 100 these days, I got 7 Parallel Import IP complaints from Ecodenta, I purchased the products from Holland and Barrett but seller support keeps rejecting my appeals.

Any advice on what should I do next?

You have got to clear up those violations immediately.

Accept them all, ring support and request to have it updated before you get deactivated, as thats what may happen.

Another choice is to ring the brand and try to deal with them directly, you have their details on emails.
