I want to start selling some media for a local business (via FBA) and the deal is we will split profits 50/50. I understand that I can create a separate custom merchant sku for their items that I’m selling but is there a way to see at the end of each month how much profit was made after fees for just those specific items that have their custom merchant sku attached to it. I have thousands of my own items and want to know how I can differentiate the items. Is there a software that could do this? Thanks

Yes.
Seller Central > Menu > Payments > Transaction View > Standard Orders > Order Payment > Custom Date Range
Once you download the report you can sort it any which way you need to obtain the specific orders you are looking for.
