I have a Jaden’s Thermal printer. When I print 2x1 fnsku labels the printer will not print right. I calibrate it. I set up the printer settings correctly. I get 1 good label, the next prints on 2 labels and the third is off also. I spent days on this.
Maybe some other settings were incorrect, paper format, size, media type, position adjustment, etc.
I had that printer 2 months ago and I couldn’t get it to work. I called the help line and they couldn’t get it to work either. At the end I returned it and bought a Rollo.

Good to know. Nothing seems to work. I called their help line. The guy read off a script when I told him I did all he suggested he hung up on me.
Thinking about returning also.
