Does anyone else feel like Amazon's reimbursement process has gotten harder recently?

I have been selling for over 10 years. Used to file a case, get a response in 48 hours. Done.

Last few months? Cases sitting for 3+ weeks, partial reimbursements with no explanation, and one case just closed with zero response.

Just me? Or is this a wider thing right now? Would love to know how others are handling it.

Amazon reimbursements are slower now due to more automation and stricter reviews.
