Does Amazon accept supplier invoices/LOA which have PO Box address?

Going through Section 3 Video Verification.

My supplier/brand is legit but its company registerd on PO Box address and all invoices are in PO Box address.

Will it make any issue? Even the product have same address on its.

It depends on whether the P.O. Box address is displayed on the brand’s website etc. If Amazon is able to confirm the address, then there shouldn’t be issue with it.
