My receipt from Kohl’s did not work when I attempted to ungate LEGO. I sent what I had - a receipt and a copy of the order confirmation. I don’t know how they expect us to get an invoice.

Kohl’s is a retail outlet that will only give you receipts, not invoices.

To get approved for the Hasbro brand, you will need an invoice from the manufacturer and/or a wholesale distributor.

I agree with @FunkyMonkey. You may get lucky with receipts from a retailer, however, the general advice is that you apply with invoices that meet Amazon’s requirements.
