Do you change your product images before Christmas?

Hi All,

Does anyone here change their product listing or images that are guided towards Christmas to get more sales? Are sellers allowed to include any references to holidays in listings? On eBay, you will see lots of product images decorated with photoshop. Does this actually make a difference in terms of ranking?

Thanks!

My self, I would NOT touch any thing before Christmas, 2 months before or after. That is your peak selling time for many categories. You don’t want any issues, wait till the summer when sales are down.

It’s generally advised to avoid making major changes to your listings just before or after the holiday season, as this could disrupt your ranking and sales momentum. However, making timely adjustments to reflect seasonal trends and buyer preferences can be beneficial.

I would suggest you don’t touch a thing with your listing if it’s working. Amazon’s shonky system will likely de-node you or lock you out for some stupid change they’ve implemented in product info which you don’t want during this important period. If it’s working leave it be
