I am currently selling on Amazon Australia and would like to sell in the US as well using the same account by selecting the US marketplace. I have completed US market signup by sell globally option but it is asking for the the tax interview quesitons. Any ideas which options do we need to select here while living and selling from Australia?

Thank you @Kika. Do I need to provide tax information through the W-8BEN form during Amazon’s Tax Interview to certify you’re a non-US seller? Does a TIN (EIN or ITIN) reduce withholding tax?
As an Australian seller, am I eligible for a reduced withholding rate under the US-Australia Tax Treaty?
You don’t need to provide any US tax information, because the whole form is aimed at US sellers. You just need to declare your exemption from the requirement.
As an Australian seller expanding to the US through Amazon’s Sell Globally option, you generally do not need an EIN or ITIN unless you plan to register a US business entity. Since you are selling from Australia as an individual, you should complete the tax interview by selecting “Non-U.S. person” and providing your foreign tax identification number (TIN) from Australia. This ensures you qualify for tax treaty benefits under the W-8BEN form, preventing unnecessary US tax withholding. An EIN is typically needed if you form a US LLC or hire US employees, while an ITIN is usually required only for individuals filing US tax returns. If you remain an Australian-based individual seller, your Australian TIN should suffice.
