Disposed unsellable inventory


I have my setting on Amazon for unsellable items to be returned back to me, but Amazon have disposed of them because they are customer damaged.

Can I claim my money back as I put in the setting to have all unsellable items returned back to me?

If Amazon disposed of your unsellable items marked for return to you due to customer damage, despite your settings, contact Amazon Seller Support to request reimbursement based on your account preferences.
