Just wanted to know, how do I disable selling in all EU countries? I just want to do UK only.

Switch on holiday settings and also ensure that any links in the “build international listings” tool are disabled (Amazon Sign In).

As mentioned, go into global settings and disconnect countries you don’t want to automatically translate your listings. And once this is done, delete any inventory on those Amazon sites and place them on holiday settings.
