Hi. Just trying to get my account up and running. Having a problem and wondered if anyone else had encountered the same issue. I have to do a video verification call which is fine. But the link provided says I must go through the USA marketplace to schedule the call. However my USA marketplace still says waiting for credit card to be verified and doesn’t give me any options to proceed. Do I just have to wait for this process to be complete? Or is there another way I can arrange the video call. Thanks
Wait for Amazon to verify your charge method. Having a valid credit / debit card is a requirement before you can proceed with anything else.
