Why did I receive this message?

You are receiving this message because our records indicate that your bank account is pending the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) review with the Payment Service Provider (PSP). Disbursement to bank accounts with pending KYC will be put on hold 45 days after this email. As part of our continued effort to make Amazon the safest and most trusted store in the world for customers and sellers, we require PSP issued bank accounts to complete the KYC review before receiving disbursements from Amazon. How do I avoid disbursement delays?

Within 45 days after receiving this email, complete the following steps to continue receiving disbursement to your bank account(s) issued by PSP(s):

  1. Visit the website of your bank account issuing PSP or contact your PSP’s customer support, follow the instructions to complete the KYC review requested by your PSP and ensure that your PSP has provided the KYC review result to Amazon.

  2. Once we receive the KYC completion update from the PSP, the bank account can continue receiving disbursement from Amazon. You can check the status of your bank account on the “Deposit Method” page in Seller Central. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your bank account’s KYC review result to be published on Amazon.

To resolve this issue, you need to complete the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) review for your bank account issued by your Payment Service Provider (PSP). Visit your PSP’s website or contact their support team to follow the required steps for the KYC process. Once completed, ensure your PSP sends the KYC result to Amazon. Check the status of your bank account under the “Deposit Method” page in Seller Central. Remember, if the KYC review is not completed within 45 days, your disbursements to this bank account will be put on hold.
