Deny - Product title change

Bit of a strange one.

Yesterday I noticed that orders coming in from Amazon had “Deny” added to the end of the product title.

[Product title] ############# - Deny

Any one else seen this?

We thought that the listings feed had added it in error however the raw data is correct. It appears to have only been added to random Amazon listings since yesterday afternoon.

On order details page? Are you seeing it on packing slip or just in Manage Orders?

Seeing it on both. So far Amazon appear to have added it to 427 products since yesterday.

Listing titles on Etsy & Ebay remain unchanged

This appears to be an error created by a batch file upload or similar mass listing management tool. Are you using any third party apps or software?

Were you the original listings creator? Do all listings belong to different brands and product categories or are they variations of similar products?

First of all, I would open a Seller Support case as they may be able to identify the cause.

Found the listing problem

  • Amazon Color autotag_color deny

Listing tool started to add color to end of title.

All solved.

And where is the field which you referenced located within the Seller Central?

Or is this a special tool?
