I know I have sort of asked about this before. We sell personalised items utilising the customise functionality. When you view an order on seller central thats been received, you can view a lo res ‘preview image’ of the item the customer has personalised themselves, but nothing larger that you could potentially use to create the order with using the customisation layout that the customer has already created (we have to manually recreate the layout, text, fonts etc using the elements the customer provides). This seems weird an unecessaility lengthy. Or am I not looking in the right place?
Ideally, (which was my last question aboiut this back in september) we’ll use an api to automate this but not got there yet.
Unfortunately, Amazon only provides a low-resolution preview in Seller Central, and there’s no option to download a higher-quality version directly. Many sellers in your situation use APIs to extract order details and automate the design process, but since you haven’t set that up yet, you might want to explore third-party tools or order management software that can integrate with Amazon to streamline this. In the meantime, double-check if Amazon’s Manage Orders or Order Reports sections offer any additional customization details you might have missed.
