I’ve just seen this this morning… it might have been there longer but are we having hits against our accounts now for bad customer reviews. (Not normal feedback BTW)
No, there should be no Customer Reviews on the Account Health page.
Are you sure that you aren’t confusing it with something else?

I don’t have this within my dashboard yet, but it appears to be over violations to Customer Reviews policies rather than negative ratings.
For example, Product Review manipulation.

I don’t do anything with product reviews think that’s why I dont understand the metric.
