One of my customers asked me to provide the invoice for his Amazon order.
Should I provide him an invoice?

I’ve been asked to do that a couple of times. It’s OK. It’s a rare enough occurrence that Amazon apparently hasn’t felt the need to give sellers the option to produce an invoice. All this means is that you have to manually produce one.

Yes, sure. Ask him to download the invoice or receipt from Orders. If not, just create an invoice for him. I guess you are not VAT registered, correct?

Yes, you can provide an invoice to your customer if they request it. However, in the US, customers can often download their invoice directly from their Amazon account. If they need assistance, you might guide them to find it there. If that’s not possible, creating and sending an invoice yourself is also a good option.

I’m selling on the US market. I didn’t know that the customer can download the invoice by himself.
